Booking Confirmations: Upon successful booking and payment processing, we will deliver booking confirmations and related documentation electronically to the email address provided during the booking process. Booking confirmations are typically sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your booking confirmation within this timeframe, please check your spam or junk folders before contacting our customer service team.
Electronic Vouchers and Tickets: For most services, we provide electronic vouchers, tickets, or reservation confirmations that you can either print or present on your mobile device at the time of service. These documents will be delivered to your registered email address no later than 72 hours before the scheduled service date. For last-minute bookings made within 72 hours of the service date, documents will be delivered as soon as possible after booking confirmation.
Travel Itineraries: Comprehensive travel itineraries for multi-day tours or complex bookings will be delivered electronically within 5 business days of booking confirmation. Local Collection: If you are already in Egypt or arriving soon, you may arrange to collect physical documentation from our office in Sharm El Sheikh. Collection must be scheduled in advance, and you will need to present identification matching the booking details.
For certain premium packages or extended tours, we provide welcome packages or travel kits containing useful items and information for your trip.
Hotel Delivery: Welcome packages are typically delivered to your accommodation upon check-in or during the welcome meeting with your tour representative. These packages may include printed itineraries, local maps, contact information cards, souvenir items, and other useful materials for your stay.
Pre-Trip Delivery: For select premium packages, we offer pre-trip delivery of travel kits to your home address before departure.
