“Supplier” refers to any third-party provider of services that Sharm Holidays arranges on behalf of its customers, including but not limited to hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, and activity providers.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Sharm Holidays, typically via email. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
To secure a booking, a deposit or full payment may be required, depending on the specific service and the time of booking relative to the service date. The required payment amount and schedule will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
Payments can be made through the secure payment methods available on our website, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other specified payment options. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the booking confirmation.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the service date, full payment is typically required at the time of booking. For bookings made more than 30 days in advance, a deposit (usually 25-50% of the total amount) may be accepted, with the balance due no later than 30 days before the service date.
Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund of any deposits or payments already made.
All prices displayed on our website or quoted by our representatives are in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed. Once a booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed except in cases of obvious error or if changes are requested by you.
Prices generally include applicable local taxes and fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. However, some destinations may impose additional local taxes, resort fees, or tourist charges that are payable directly to the service provider upon arrival or departure. These additional charges will be clearly communicated during the booking process when known to us.
Special offers, discounts, or promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to booking deadlines, travel periods, and availability. These special terms will be clearly communicated alongside the offer.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party have valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other documentation required for entry into Egypt and specifically the Sharm El Sheikh region. Passports typically need to be valid for at least six months beyond your planned return date.
Visa requirements vary based on your nationality and the purpose and duration of your visit. We recommend checking with the Egyptian embassy or consulate in your country of residence well in advance of your travel date.
Health requirements, including vaccinations and health certificates, may change. We advise consulting with a healthcare professional or visiting a travel health clinic at least 4-6 weeks before your departure to ensure you have all necessary vaccinations and medications.
Sharm Holidays cannot accept responsibility if you are denied entry to Egypt or any part of your itinerary due to inadequate travel documents, failure to comply with health requirements, or failure to present the required documentation.
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers at minimum: medical emergencies, personal accidents, repatriation expenses, cancellation or curtailment of your trip, and loss or damage to personal belongings.
Travel insurance should be purchased at the time of booking to ensure maximum coverage, including protection against pre-departure cancellation due to illness or other covered reasons.
Sharm Holidays does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses that could have been covered by an appropriate travel insurance policy.
Cancellation and change policies vary depending on the specific service booked. The applicable policies will be clearly communicated during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.
All cancellation or change requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team. The date of receipt of your written request will be used to calculate any applicable fees or refunds.
In general, cancellations made closer to the service date incur higher cancellation fees. Some special offers or promotions may be non-refundable, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Changes to bookings, including but not limited to dates, accommodation, or services, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. In some cases, changes may be treated as a cancellation and new booking, subject to our standard cancellation policies.

Sharm Holidays acts as an intermediary between you and the suppliers of travel services. While we carefully select our suppliers and partners, we cannot control their day-to-day operations and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that all services are provided as described. However, due to the nature of travel and the involvement of numerous third-party suppliers, we cannot guarantee absolute precision in all details of your arrangements.
In the event that a significant portion of the services cannot be provided as confirmed, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange suitable alternative services. If we are unable to provide suitable alternatives, or if you reasonably reject the alternatives offered, we will provide an appropriate refund for the affected services.
Sharm Holidays is not responsible for any loss, damage, illness, injury, or death that results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural disasters, technical problems with transportation, closure of airports or seaports, governmental actions, or other events constituting force majeure.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete. Inaccurate information may result in booking errors, additional charges, or service denials.
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of Egypt and any locations visited during your trip. This includes respecting local customs, traditions, and environmental regulations.
You are responsible for your personal safety and the security of your belongings throughout your trip. While our representatives will provide guidance and assistance when possible, you should exercise reasonable caution and judgment, particularly in unfamiliar environments.
If you have any special requirements, including but not limited to dietary restrictions, mobility limitations, or medical conditions, you must inform us at the time of booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements, we cannot guarantee that all suppliers will be able to meet all needs.
If you encounter any issues or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services during your trip, please notify our local representative immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
If a satisfactory solution cannot be provided at the time, please submit a detailed complaint in writing within 14 days of the service date. We will thoroughly investigate all complaints and respond within 30 days.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution service. The availability of such services depends on your country of residence and the nature of the dispute.

All content on the Sharm Holidays website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Sharm Holidays or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

For bookings already confirmed, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of booking will generally apply. However, we reserve the right to apply amended terms if required by law or regulatory authorities.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
